Scholarship!

So I just got home from my grandma today and got on the computer to check my email. I've gotten a notice earlier this week that I was gonna be hearing from my school's financial aid about how much money I will get for the a certain scholarship. I opened my email and saw the email and title from my study abroad advisor. The title contained the name of the scholarship that I applied for and once I saw it my heart started to beat faster, and faster, and faster, and harder, and harder, and harder. I slow moved my mouse to it and clicked open the email. I read that email so slow because I did not want to rush it and be played that it was the email I was looking for, or that I didn't get enough scholarship money. As I read through the first line, there it was! The amount of money I would get for my scholarship! I read the number...$....9,163.... At that moment, I almost had a minor heart attack and almost cried from over-joyness. I didn't know what to do. I was just shocked. I gathered my self back up and ran straight upstairs to my mom's room and was like "MOM! OMG MOM!" She was like "what? what happened" with a scared voice, afraid that something terrible happened. I opened the door and was like..."Mom...I got $9,163! For scholarship money!" My mom's eyes gotten so big at that moment and she literally jumped out of bed and we went downstairs to look at the email. She read it and I just hugged my mom out of joyness. We were so happy because if we did not get that scholarship, we would be paying a lot out of our pockets. Today....it must have been the happiest day of my life. Not much happened earlier today, but the ending of the day was just so...I don't know how to say it...it was so exciting...so joyful...so looking good for my trip to Japan. I texted my two brothers about the news and they were so happy for me! They know that my mom would have been paying a lot for my tuition. One of my brothers even said he was proud of me! That made me even happier than I already was. To the bottom of this post is the screenshot I took of the email. Today was a wonderful day!
